The Zonkers can be much more than just the live entertainment. Depending on your needs, we can provide recorded music while the guests are arriving, during your dinner, and for any special dances. Our sound system is available for any announcements or toasts you would like to make, and we have tons of recorded music in nearly every genre that we play during breaks to keep the party going!

We play a total variety mix from the 70�s to very contemporary. We play soft jazz, r & b, disco, soft rock, classic rock, and hits from every decade.    If you will forward your show details, needs, location, etc on our quote request screen we will be happy to give you a quote on our services.

Base Rate

$1000 for Wedding Receptions and Business Occasions
- Includes up to 3 hours playing time
- Free consultation to arrange musical selections and band set-up
- Includes one musical selection not on playlist (piano/chords/lyric sheet music must be received by band manager 8
weeks in advance)
- PA system and lights available. Large outdoor performances require an additional charge for a professional sound
system and operator. See options below.

Travel charge

An additional cost is added to the Base Rate for performances outside a 40 mile radius of Johnson City, Tn. Please e-mail

Options

1) Each additional hour of playing time - add $300 to base rate for each additional hour.
2) Professional sound system and operator - add $500. Required for outdoor events covering a large area

We are a  fun extravaganza that features classic rock, jazz, funk, disco, party music and guarantees to have folks of all ages dancing the night away ! From Tina Turner, Donna Summers, Prince, Bryan Adams, Mariah Carey, Sade, Jimmy Buffett, Tina Turner to Loverboy, Van Morrison, No Doubt  you will hear great party music !!! Don't call us unless you want to Party! We will turn you into "dancin' Fools"  ! Our quotes include lighting and a very professional sound system sufficient for any private party . Typical Reception Planning

COCKTAIL HOUR---------Your Master of Ceremonies will make introductions-----------

cocktail music available on request              

Typical Wedding Reception Protocol would be:

Lite Music.....  as guests move from cocktail hour to reception area  this is the time everyone finds their table and is seated.   Music will be very low and mellow.  

Bridal Party Introductions........Once all guests have been seated it is time for the wedding party to be introduced.  MC asks for everyones attn then the bridal party is introduced with last introduction the new Mr and Mrs. 

An invitation will then be issued for the new bride and grooms

First Dance  .......

                  Toasts and blessings are done after the first dance. 

Salad Course...........

                   Band plays lite swing music can be livelier on request.

MAIN COURSE ENTRÉE SERVED

Band takes break while dinner is served. It is proper to feed your band and all other vendors at this time.    Pre- recorded music played in background......

PARTY TIME ! 

            WEDDING PARTY DANCE TUNE

            CAKE CUTTING TUNE 

                        Everyone takes their seat.  Coordinate with caterer and photographer

FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE .......... MOTHER/SON.    May be prerecorded    if particular selections are needed.  The band will not be insulted by this request.

HONEYMOON DOLLAR DANCE

BREAK TIME    RECORDED MUSIC PLAYED.

MORE PARTY MUSIC

LAST DANCE. 

         BRIDE AND GROOM WILL BE ASKED TO THE DANCE FLOOR.  HALF WAY THROUGH EVERONE JOINS THEM.
